5. STREAM School Board meetings

Many municipal and county councils livestream their meetings or broadcast meetings on local access cable or both. Many public school districts livestream or post audio or video recordings of meetings. A deadline should be established in state law for all to comply with live streaming to ensure real-time transparency.
