A New Jersey native, Isabella Cifaldi, a senior at the University of South Carolina, is pursuing a B.A. in Advertising and double-minoring in Business Administration and Political Science. Throughout her time as an undergraduate student, Cifaldi has dedicated herself to community involvement across numerous organizations, such as her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, advocating for Breast Cancer Awareness, USC’s Women in Business, and her role as a study abroad ambassador. As an intern for South Carolina’s Senator Tim Scott, Cifaldi gained critical first-hand experience and understanding of the United States’ Federal government and constituent services. Returning from her spring semester abroad in Barcelona, Cifaldi cemented her passion for cross-cultural connections and international appreciation by volunteering as an English teaching assistant throughout the semester at a local elementary school. Additionally, she has worked as an au pair in Rome and Grottamare, Italy, for an entire summer, successfully transitioning into the host family’s lifestyle, culture, while promoting U.S. relations. Upon graduation from the University of South Carolina, Cifaldi is planning on attending law school, specializing in international law with a focus on human rights, post-conflict justice, and global governance.
